Mark C. Brookes



Born and raised in East Liverpool, Ohio, Mark earned both his undergraduate degree and his Juris Doctorate from The Ohio State University. He is a former Assistant Prosecutor of Columbiana County, Ohio, and has taught civil procedure and legal writing for paralegals. Mark has carried on a statewide practice based in Columbus for over 30 years, and is experienced in:
