I have been watching so many people enjoying themselves on these scooters, shooting around town on sunny days and quickly and efficiently getting where they want to go.

However, I have also noticed how many scooters there are and that drivers seem unaware of them. I began to think about the potential danger. Then, right in front of my window at work, a woman riding a scooter was struck by a car and I realized I was right to be concerned.
